Strawberry and Cream Santas
It’s strawberries and cream, but not as you know it! What could be cuter than a little army of strawberry Santas ready to take along to the work or school Christmas party - delicious AND hilarious!
Ingredients
- 150 ml thickened cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 1 punnet of fresh strawberries
- 1 chocolate icing pen
Method
- Whip cream with the vanilla and sugar until very stiff.
- Wash strawberries and pat dry with paper towel. Slice the stalk end off, so that the strawberry sits flat. Slice across each strawberry about halfway up.
- Spoon cream onto the cut strawberry and place the ‘hat’ back on. Use the icing pen to make the eyes.
Santa Skewers

- Banana
- Strawberries
- Skewers
- Mini & Large Marshmallows
- Red Smarties
- Candy eyeballs
Method
- Chop the banana so that you have straight sections.
- Wash strawberries and pat dry with paper towel. Slice the stalk end off, so that the strawberry sits flat.
- place skewer into middle of banana leaving enough at the top to place marshmallows & strawberry.
- First skewer the banana, then a large marshmallow, strawberry and small marshmallow on top.
- Place smartie for nose and candy eyeballs for eyes.

- Celery sticks
- Nutella
- Pretzels
- Raspberries
- Candy eyeballs
Method
- Cut celery into 3 inch sticks, wash and pat dry
- Fill celery with nutella and smooth
- Break pretzel in half and place at top of celery stick for antlers
- Place candy eyeballs for eyes
- Place raspberry at other end for the nose
