- 4 Chicken Thigh fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in a saucepan over low heat.
- Pour over chicken and marinate for a few hours.
- Place chicken onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180C for approximately 30 minutes.
