Ingredients

• 4 Chicken Thigh fillets
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
• 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter

Method

1. Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Pour over chicken and marinate for a few hours.
3. Place chicken onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180C for approximately 30 minutes.
