What you need:
- 1 small, cooked sweet potato
- 2 tbsp chickpeas
- 1 tbsp milk
- If you used dried chickpeas, prepare them by boiling until soft according to the directions on the package. For canned chickpeas drain and rinse well.
- Puree the ingredients together until they form a thick paste. For a more ‘whipped’ texture, add a little more milk until the puree is the desired consistency.
