Pumpkin and Goat’s Cheese Puree

What you need:

  • 1/2 kg pumpkin, peeled, chopped
  • 20g butter, at room temperature
  • 12g goat’s cheese

How to:

  1. Steam or microwave pumpkin for 10 mins, or until soft. Drain well.
  2. Place in a food processor with remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
