What you need:
- 1/2 kg pumpkin, peeled, chopped
- 20g butter, at room temperature
- 12g goat’s cheese
- Steam or microwave pumpkin for 10 mins, or until soft. Drain well.
- Place in a food processor with remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
