What you need:
- 2 asparagus spears, trimmed and cut
- 1/4 cup pumpkin, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp quick oats
- Steam the vegetables until cooked through and then either puree or mash.
- Cook oats according to the directions on pack.
- Mix oats with pureed steamed vegetables. For younger babies, mix half a teaspoon of pureed vegetables with rice cereal.
